Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or relating to AtlasMint Academy educational services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, unless mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence require otherwise. We publish updates here and, when practical, summarize material changes in cohort announcements.
User obligations
You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep credentials confidential, and use AtlasMint materials only for personal or internally approved professional learning. You must not scrape our learning platform in a way that degrades service for others, redistribute instructor-only files without permission, or misrepresent affiliation with AtlasMint when publishing derivative notes. Harassment of staff or learners, including during live sessions, may result in immediate removal without refund beyond statutory minima.
Intellectual property
Course videos, PDFs, diagrams, and assessments remain the property of AtlasMint Academy or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to access content for the duration of your enrollment window. Trademarks, logos, and brand assets may not be used in commerce or media without written consent. Where exercises produce your original writing or diagrams, you retain ownership, while granting AtlasMint a license to display anonymized excerpts for quality improvement unless you opt out in writing.
Liability
Educational services are provided as-is to the fullest extent permitted by law. AtlasMint does not warrant specific career, commercial, or operational outcomes. To the extent permitted in Korea, liability for direct damages is capped at the tuition you paid for the specific offering giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages except where such limitation is void. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable law forbids exclusion.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time; certain statutory refund rights may still apply as described in our refund materials. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment where applicable, or operational risk. Upon termination, your license to stream or download time-limited materials ends, though personal notes you authored remain yours. Sections intended to survive—including intellectual property, liability limits where enforceable, and governing law—remain in effect.
Service description
AtlasMint Academy delivers cohort-based and self-paced learning experiences about decentralized protocols, digital currency policy reading, and related operational topics. Deliverables may include live sessions, recordings, reading lists, templates, and community channels. We may update syllabi to reflect regulatory or tooling changes when doing so improves clarity; substantive reductions in published hours trigger the remedies outlined in refund policy materials.
Acceptance
By enrolling, creating an account, or continuing to access the site after notice of changes, you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, discontinue use and exercise any applicable withdrawal rights within the statutory window. Parents or guardians must accept on behalf of minors where local law requires. Enterprise purchasers remain responsible for informing their learners of these terms and any supplemental agreements they sign with AtlasMint.

What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. They can be session-scoped (deleted when the browser closes) or persistent (expiring on a set date). Similar technologies include local storage entries used to remember theme or consent flags with AtlasMint-prefixed keys.
Third parties
If you opt into analytics, limited technical data may flow to subprocessors under agreement. We do not allow advertising partners to set behavioral cookies on this educational site. Embedded content from third parties is avoided where possible; when present, it loads only after consent when feasible.
Consent
Where Korean law or best practice requires consent for non-essential cookies, we obtain it through an explicit action. Declining optional cookies does not block access to informational pages or most account features. We log consent timestamps internally for accountability.
Categories
Essential: session, load balancing, security. Functional: remembers UI choices such as theme when you opt in. Analytics: aggregate usage metrics if accepted. We do not operate a separate marketing category on this property. Tables in internal documentation list each cookie name, purpose, duration, and provider for audits.
Refund & Cancellation

Process
Email [email protected] with your order reference, learner email, and reason for the request. We confirm eligibility within three business days and, when approved, initiate refunds through the original payment path where technically possible. Partial refunds for partially consumed cohorts follow the formulas in the eligibility section.
Eligibility
Statutory cooling-off rights for distance contracts in Korea generally allow withdrawal within seven days of purchase if digital content has not been substantially consumed; where you have accessed more than a defined portion of downloadable materials, partial charges may apply as permitted by law. Enterprise agreements may specify different windows when countersigned. Promotional bundles refund as a package unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Contact
Refund correspondence uses the same mailbox as general support to avoid fragmentation. For postal notices related to disputes, use the Gangnam district address published on the contact page. Including Korean and English in the same thread is welcome.
Exceptions
No refund is owed where access was terminated for breach of terms, fraud, or chargebacks initiated without following this process. Custom corporate workshops invoiced with purchase orders may carry non-refundable deposits when explicitly stated in the statement of work. Donation-scholarship seats follow the scholarship letter.
Timeframe
Approved refunds typically post within ten business days depending on card issuers or banks. Installment plans may be adjusted rather than refunded as a lump sum when contractually required. If a cohort is canceled by AtlasMint, full refunds are automatic unless you opt to transfer to another date.
Scope
This policy covers tuition for AtlasMint Academy offerings sold through exuale.digital. Third-party marketplaces, if ever used, would publish separate policies. Currency display uses KRW for domestic clarity; foreign card settlements may differ slightly from displayed amounts due to issuer conversion.
